First day of fall - yay! Louisiana is so hot and humid, and having grown up in the northeast, I really miss the cool summer nights. When we first start getting a few cool days (anything under 80 or so) it makes my heat-dormant yankee heart perk up and take interest.

Bunnies are almost half-grown and I'm running out of excuses not to release them into the wild. They are so cute, and thankfully, still so very wild. Although, they do seem to enjoy some of the trappings of civilization, like mirrors and toothbrush bristles...

Since I can't stand to miss a good story, I thought I'd see what all the fuss was about over here on IJ. Right now I'm in the process of searching out communities with my favorite fan fiction (Buffyverse, Smallville, and Harry Potter, mainly). If anyone wants to point me toward something they think might be worthwhile, please do!
